Please join Les Dames d’ Escoffier Hawaii Chapter in Celebration of French Cuisine and the Life of Julia Child. 10 of our amazing Dames will be recreating 10 recipes from Julia’s Famous Cookbook: Mastering the Art of French Cooking, Vol 1. Stroll around this elegant Hocking Home in Manoa while savoring fine French Champagne as well as cocktails from 2 of our Dames.

There will be an opportunity to buy the 50th Anniversary of Julia’s Cookbook as well as have it signed by each chef on the cooresponding recipe page. Valet Parking available.
