Green Rows Farm’s Sean Anderson has graciously offered to give us a tour of this wonderful Organic farm nestled under the Ko‘olaus in Waimanalo. This farm as well as a co-op of other organic farmers in the valley practice permaculture and formed Friends with Farms. This union is a practicing collective which not only shares working (and non-working) practices, they share equipment as well in a combined effort to truly work as a cooperative of young farmers with the same mission. We will go on a tour of the farm, hear about permaculture and how this partnership came about from not only Sean but possibly other farmers who had a completely different life before farming. Lunch will be prepared by our Dames and served Farm to Table made from the farms produce and with local vendors on the farm. Please join us!
