Ahead of our exciting LDEI fundraising event on August 14th, we are selling this special 50th Anniversary edition of Julia Child’s masterpiece, “Mastering the Art of French Cooking, Vol. 1.”

This special volume will only be available on pre-order until July 15th, and for pick up at the event. LDEI Hawaii members can purchase this commemorative cookbook for $25.00, non-members $40.

For the first 10 members who purchase a book, the book will be available and signed by the Les Dames d’Escoffier Chefs who will be preparing recipes from the book at the August 14th fundraiser.  These first 10 books will be signed and shipped if the Dame does not reside on Oahu.
