The Hawaii Culinary Education Foundation is sponsoring a visit from cookbook author and culinary historian Grace Young. LDEI Hawaii is supporting this HCEF education program.

LDEI Hawaii members have an exclusive early opportunity to register for an intimate talk-story dinner event with Grace at Fête restaurant in Chinatown. (Limited to 16 attendees.) Register by January 10 for early access; registration opens to the general public on January 10.

Fête (2 N. Hotel St., Honolulu), private library room (2nd floor)

Cost: $130 inclusive (dinner and wine, or zero-alcohol option)

About Grace Young:

Grace Young is an award-winning cookbook author, culinary historian, and filmmaker.
