14 oz. Nature’s Natural Prime New York Steak with House Paniolo Rub
no hormones, no antibiotics, no steroids, all natural
seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and brown sugar, grilled to perfection

with veal and pork ragu, San Marzano tomato and basil

Shell Seeker Meritage Red, NV (Paso Robles, CA)
An orchestra of “mountain grown” grapes–though mainly Cabernet & Merlot–done with sheer elegance, refinement, grace & class. This wine was consulted and created by MS Chuck Furuya and Ancient Peaks Winery.

Dinners must be picked up at Vino Honolulu (Waterfront Plaza aka Restaurant Row, 500 Ala Moana Blvd #6F, Honolulu, HI 96813) at 5pm. This is our scheduled time; your prompt arrival is appreciated to help the restaurant accommodate all their customers.
