Chef Gida Snyder is the founder of Slow Island Food & Beverage Co., a woman-owned food products company on the beautiful island of Kauaʻi whose mission is to uplift farmers, support and mentor other women in the food production space, and to celebrate the diversity and abundance of incredible ingredients grown in Hawaiʻi.
Puma Pepper Ponzu delivers a burst of tangy local citrus; savory, umami notes from soy sauce and kombu; and a unique heat from Kalalea View Farm Puma Peppers. This will brighten any dish from fresh seafood to salad and be a mouthful that’s as fun to taste as it is to say!
