Our special guest at this year’s Escoffier dinner is Grande Dame Marion Nestle. The Island-inspired, farm-to-table menu will feature modern interpretations of classic Escoffier cuisine. Ticket sales will benefit the Kapiolani Community College Culinary Competition Team. Parking in the main campus lot, near the culinary building (Ohelo).
