• When: 15 Nov 2015
  • 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM
  • Location: Grondin Restaurant, Chinatown

Dame Jenny Grondin, her husband, David, and Chef Andrew Pressler opened Grondin back in 2014 in the heart of Chinatown, serving a fusion of French-Latin cuisine—a mix of Jenny and David’s backgrounds. All three had worked together in NYC and how they ended up here in Chinatown, Honolulu is a story to be told over brunch in the garden. Chef Andrew has been cooking up dishes such as: Crepes mole negro with Confit duck leg, Oaxacan mole, cilantro and lime creme Ffraîche; Torta de Picadillo: minced-spiced local grass fed beef, pickled red jalapeño, aioli on potato bun; French Toast: Hawaiian sweet bread, caramel-walnut, maple syrup, powdered sugar, just to mention a few.

Fee: No-Host order off the menu
